Insight Yoga

Insight Yoga

The author is very sympatish and authentic. Yin yoga helps me a lot when I'm too broke for Yang (dynamic hatha yoga). I've been taught through the book myself and it works successfully. The only critical note from me: if you bring a certain amount of agility on, otherwise the holding of the positions to be exhausting. It is hoped that yin yoga is more widely!
