How to improve bikram yoga

The lessons, which usually last about 90 minutes, are practiced in rooms heated to about 40 °. It is a necessary condition to obtain a series of benefits, such as the anti-stress action, but also promote weight loss. The heat therapy helps to stimulate the cardiovascular system, prepares the body for movement and prevents injuries, but also acts on the deeper tissues such as organs and glands.

The positions, namely 26, to selectively allow to isolate some parts of the body (effect known as tourniquets), leading to better circulation and the elimination of toxins through sweat.

While providing challenging positions, the Bikram Yoga can be practiced by everyone from children to seniors, unless otherwise specified. Indeed, it is very useful during pregnancy, until the third month, because it allows to relax the body and mind and balance hormone levels and can be practiced without problems after childbirth. Its creator began the practice of yoga since the age of four and, in fact, the Bikram Yoga is an activity suitable for children able to support the physical and mental development, increase alertness and concentration for the general welfare.
